Their commitment to family well-being starts at the creation of every doll. Over 1,000 woman artisans in Peru lovingly hand-knit, crochet, hand-loom, and embroider each doll. Cuddle+kind makes sure each artisan gets benefits from sustainable, equitable, and fair trade employment. Many of them are rural mothers using their flexible hours and fair pay to invest in their family's future.
After each doll gets their finishing touches and find their forever homes, they provide meals to children in need. Cuddle and Kind values transparency, so you'll know exactly where your money goes. Every doll comes with a statement of how many meals it will give. And, the website is always updating with the exact amount of meals donated!
To do this, they partner with established partnerships and well-respected humanitarian organizations to distribute meals. These groups know their communities well, making sure donations reach the right places. School children, families, and girls in need in the U.S., Canada, South America, Africa, and parts of Asia get much-needed meals every day.
