Shipping and Returns
Shipping Guidelines
Shipping originates from Missoula, MT, and typically take 2-6 business days to arrive. We strive to get your orders to you as fast as possible and all orders placed before 11:00 a.m. MST will ship within one business day.
We use a combination of USPS, FedEx, and UPS depending on weight, transit time, and value of the package. Please note some items will require a signature upon delivery. Domestic orders over $75 ship for free. Shipping is provided in the continental United States. International shipping is not available.

We also offer free in store pickup at our warehouse located in Missoula, Montana. If you live in or around Missoula or are passing through and would like to pick up your order at our warehouse, please either email us at info@hazelandfawn.com or call (406) 830-3103 when placing your order for more details.
Returns
At Hazel & Fawn, we believe in our baby products and we know that you will love all of them too. That is why we gladly accept returns on all of our new items. Returns must be in new condition with original packaging and tags attached. We accept returns for up to 60 days after your order date. Hazel & Fawn will provide prepaid return labels for damaged or incorrectly shipped items. The customer is responsible for covering the cost of the return label for all other return reasons.
Outlet item sales are final. However, in the event you received a damaged outlet item we will provide a return label.
